老年原发性高血压与血小板功能的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年原发性高血压与血小板功能的关系及其临床意义。方法选择老年原发性高血压60例作为观察组,健康老人30例作为对照组,用流式细胞仪观察两组血小板膜糖蛋白(GP)Ⅱb/Ⅲa的百分率,同时检测血小板聚集率(PAgT)、凝血四项、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)等指标的变化。结果GPⅡb/Ⅲa的百分率及PAgT在老年原发性高血压患者明显高于对照组(P<0.01),Fg、PLT、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶原活动度(PA)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、国际化标准值(INR)、RBC、WBC等指标两组未见明显差异性(P>0.05)。老年原发性高血压患者的GPⅡb/Ⅲa百分率与PAgT呈正相关(r=0.732、P<0.01)。结论老年原发性高血压病患者存在血小板异常活化,了解血小板活化状态、抑制其活性,对预防、降低或延缓高血压患者病情发展及其并发症的发生有重要意义。Objective To observe the relations of essential hypertension patients and platelet membranous protein(GP) IIb/IIIa in elderly,and its clinical implication.Methods A flow cytometer was used to measure the proportion of GPIIb/IIIa and platelet aggregation rate and others platelet parameters in the elderly patients with essential hypertension(n=60)and healthy volunteers(n=30) as controls.Results The proportion of GPIIb/IIIa and platelet aggregation rate of elderly essential hypertensive patients were higher than those in healthy volunteers(P<0.01).The proportion of GPIIb/IIIa and platelet aggregation rate was relative to the disease in the elderly(r=0.732,P<0.01).Conclusions Elderly patients with essential hypertension have abnormally active levels of platelet that is a value to estimate to ability of the thrombus formation.The active levels of platelet have a valuable clinical significance in the prevention to slow down the development of diseases and syndrome of elderly patients with essential hypertension.
