摘 要:目的评价经椎弓根单椎体复位系统内固定治疗腰椎峡部裂的临床疗效。方法应用中华长城钉钩系统节段内固定及植骨治疗腰椎峡部裂17例(CGW组),其中12例为单纯腰椎峡部裂,5例伴有腰椎I度滑脱,3例并存椎间盘突出。SF系统节段内固定治疗腰椎峡部裂9例(SF组),其中2例伴有腰椎I度滑脱。结果26例经6个月~3年(平均18个月)随访,按Henderson标准评价,CGW组优良率为100%,SF组优良率88.9%,总优良率96.2%。结论单椎体复位固定系统节段内固定治疗腰椎峡部裂固定可靠,骨融合率高,是一种有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of trans-predicle single vertebra reduction and fixation system in treating lumbar spondylolysis.Methods 17 patients with spondylolysis were treated with the China Great Wall(CGW) pedicle screw system to fix the lumbar spine following bone grafting in site(CGW group).12 cases had spondylolysis,and the others accompanied with spondylolisthesis,and 3 with lumbar disc herniation.9 patients with spondylolysis were treated with the SF System(SF group),2 of which accompanied with spondylolisthesis.Results All patients were followed up for an average of 18 months.By Henderson standard,the excellent/good rate in CGW group and SF group were 100% and 88.9%,respectively.The total excellent/good rate was 96.2%.Conclusions Single vertebra reduction and fixation system has stronger fixation strength and higher fusion rate.Direct repair and fixation with CGW pedicle screw system is a reliable alternative for fixation in treating lumbar spondylolysis.
