摘  要:目的建立HPLC测定消炎止痒搽剂中甲硝唑、氯霉素和水杨酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱采用YWG C18分析色谱柱(4.6 mmID×250 mm,粒径10μm);流动相为甲醇-水(50∶50,含0.3%三乙胺,磷酸调pH 3.0);流速1 ml/min;检测波长230 nm。结果甲硝唑、氯霉素和水杨酸的理论板数分别为3350、5300和6400。甲硝唑回归方程为Y=-1357265+30303746 X,r=0.9999,线性范围0.8360~3.344μg;氯霉素回归方程Y=-1137980+16799415 X,r=0.9999,线性范围1.026~4.104μg;水杨酸回归方程Y=-1209351+83566760 X,r=0.9999,线性范围0.2440~0.9760μg。平均回收率分别为99.5%(RSD 2.4%)、100.7%(RSD 1.4%)、100.3%(RSD 0.98%)。结论该法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于消炎止痒搽剂中甲硝唑、氯霉素和水杨酸的含量测定。Objective To develop a quantitative method for the determination of metronidazole,chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in Xiaoyan Zhiyang Solution by using HPLC. Methods The chromatographic conditions included a column YWG C18,mobile phase: methanol-water(50∶50),adjusting to pH 3.0 by 0.3% triethylamine solution and phosphoric acid,flow rate 1 ml/min,and wavelength 230 nm.Results The number of theoretical plates were calculated by peak of metronidazole,chloramphenicol and salicylic acid were 3350,5300 and 6400 respectively.The regression(equation) of metronidazole was Y=-1357265+30303746 X,r=0.9999,and the liner range was 0.8360~3.344 μg;The regression equation of chloramphenicol was Y=-1137980 + 16799415 X,r=0.9999,and the liner range was 1.026~4.104 μg;The regression equation of salicylic acid was Y=-1209351+83566760 X,r=0.9999,and the liner range was 0.2440~0.9760 μg.The average recovery of them were 99.5%(RSD2.4),100.7%(RSD1.4) and 100.3%(RSD0.98) respectively.Conclusions This method is sensitive,rapid and accurate,and it can be used in the content measurement of metronidazole,chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in Xiaoyan Zhiyang Solution.
