糖尿病患者足底胼胝去除前后局部压力的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患者足底胼胝去除前后局部压力变化。方法对13例有足底胼胝的糖尿病患者检查身高、体重,以FootScan足底压力分析系统2 m板检查其胼胝去除前后足底总压力、总冲量、局部压力、局部冲量。结果胼胝去除后,足底总压力、总冲量、局部压力、局部冲量等指标分别下降了13%、11%、18%和18%,与胼胝去除前比较,有显著差异。结论去除足底胼胝具有降低糖尿病患者足部压力,减少形成溃疡的机会。Objective To investigate the planter pressure changes in the diabetic patients before and after their callus was removed. Methods The total pressure,planter pressure,total impulse and planter impulse were measured with the F-SCAN 174 sensors in 13 type 2 diabetic patients with callus(22 feet) before and after the callus was treated by the professional nurses.Results The total pressure,total impulse,total planter pressure and local planter pressure were decreased obviously 13%,11%,18% and 18% respectively.Conclusions The callus removal decreases the local foot pressure and the risk of diabetic foot.
