摘　　要：本研究旨在观察我国华南地区汉族人群醛固酮合成酶 (CYP1 1B2 )基因 344C/T多态性与高血压病 (EH)相关性。　方法　以 1 36例原发性高血压病 (EH组 )和 1 1 0例健康查体者 (对照组 )为对象 ,测定相关临床指标 ;应用多聚酶链式反应 (PCR)、限制性内切酶方法检测CYP1 1B2 基因的多态性分布。　结果　EH组CYP1 1B2 基因 334C/T多态性与对照组比较基因型和等位基因分布均无显著性差异。　结论　CYP1 1B2 基因To investigate the relationship between gene polymorphism of aldosterone synthase (CYP11B2) and essential hypertension EH. Methods 1. Clinical indexes were measured in 136 patients with EH and 110 controls. 2. DNA was extracted from peripheral blood leukocytes. 3. The 344C/T polymorphism of CYP11B2 gene was monitored by PCR and HaeIII restriction endonuclease digestion methods. Results The analysis of individual genotypes of CYP11B2 gene showed no significant difference in genotype or allele frequencies distribution on EH compared with controls. Conclusion There may be no association between the polymorphism of CYP11B2 gene and essntial hyptension.
