摘　　要：目的研究切取自体肋软骨构建"e"形和"y"形软骨支架结构,经小切口一期植入修复Ⅰ~Ⅱ度先天性小耳畸形耳廓的方法和效果。方法对2011年7月我科收治的1例Ⅰ~Ⅱ度先天性耳廓畸形并外耳道闭锁的小耳畸形患者,取其自身肋软骨构建"e"形和"y"形软骨支架,采用两处小切口一期植入耳廓,"e"形软骨支架从耳轮脚切口植入耳轮部位,"y"形软骨支架经外耳道重建部位的皮肤切口植入到三角窝部位,同时行外耳道重建。结果本例经过一次手术,耳廓外形明显增大,耳廓立体结构出现,外耳道口宽敞。结论切取患者自体肋软骨构建"e"形和"y"形软骨支架植入修复Ⅰ~Ⅱ度耳廓畸形疗效满意。Objective To explore the effects of approach with Ⅰ~Ⅱ degree microtia auricle through small incision implanting the type of'e'and'y'cartilage frame by cutting apatients own rib cartilage. Methods We selected a case ofⅠ ~ Ⅱ degree congenital ear malformation associated with aural atresia microtia,took his own rib cartilage to build the type of'e'and'y'cartilage frame,and implanted the two frames into auricle through two small incisions:the former into helix parts, the latter into triangular nest site.The external auditory canal was then reconstructed,and at the same time,the reconstruction of the external auditory canal was carried out. Results After surgery,the pinna shape of the gradeⅠ~Ⅱ microtia patients had significantly increased the threedimensional structure of the auricle,and the external ear canal was very spacious.Conclusion The rib cartilage of patients withⅠ~Ⅱ degree ear deformity can be used to build the type of'e'and'y' cartilage frame and implant the frames into deformity of the pinna,which is an effective and practical treatment
