摘 要:目的建立复方氯霉素醇溶液中氯霉素和水杨酸含量的测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),色谱柱:Shim-pack VP-ODS C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1%乙酸(50∶50);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:293nm。结果氯霉素在0.02506~0.4010mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率99.8%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为1.2%。水杨酸在0.02520~0.4032 mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率99.9%,RSD为1.6%。结论本方法简便、准确,可用于同时测定复方氯霉素醇溶液中氯霉素和水杨酸的含量。Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in compound chloramphenicol alcoholic solution. Methods The content of salicylic acid and chloramphenicol was determined by reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)on a Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% acetic acid solution(50∶50).The flow rate was 1.0ml/ min,and the detection wavelength was 293nm. Results Chloramphenicol showed a good linear relationship within a range of 0.02506~0.4010mg/ml,r=0.9998;the average recovery was 99.8% and RSD was 1.2%.The linear range of salicylic acid was 0.02520~0.4032mg/ml,r=0.9997,and the average recovery was 99.9%,with an RSD of 1.6%. Conclusions This method is simple and accurate,and suitable for determining chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in compound chloramphenicol alcoholic solution.
