摘　　要：目的:改进破伤风抗毒素的制备方法,提高破伤风抗毒素中F(ab’)2片段含量。方法:常规方法免疫马匹,通过延长胃酶消化时间、调整胃蛋白酶比例及pH值处理免疫血浆,经硫酸铵沉淀、明矾吸附、超滤及除菌后,测定F(ab’)2片段含量。结果:通过调整上述生产条件,破伤风抗毒素中F(ab’),含量与总蛋白比由60％增至90%。结论:改进后的方法提高了破伤风抗毒素F(ab’)2含量。To improve the prepared method of tetanus antitioxin,in order to increase the content of fragment F (ab')2.Method Immuned horses as routine pathway, Treated horses blood plasma by enhancing gastric enzyme digestion time ,adjusting pepsinogen ratio and pH,then further purify by ammonium sulfate precipitation,alum adsorption,ultrafiltration and degerming,The content of F (ab')2 was detected by electrophoresis.Results As above production condition , The ratio content of F (ab')2 to total protein was 60% up to 90% .Conclusion The method was suitable for increasing the content of F (ab')2 of tetanus antitoxin .
