摘 要:目的 利用抗CD分子单抗,对多肽在体外激活T淋巴细胞后,进行识别计数,确定其有无生物活性。方法 用脾细胞培养物中加入多肽激活脾细胞,以不同抗CD分子单抗作标记,用流式仪检测计数。结果 证实多肽中有组分,能直接激活和分化T淋巴细胞,并保持CD4/CD8比值恒定,在25ug-50ug/ml之间能明显提升CD4+、CD8+细胞的数量,有统计学意义。结论 特别是CD4+和CD8+细胞的增加,对中止病毒扩散和清除感染细胞是有利的,为重建艾滋病患者免疫提供新的途径。Objective To identify and count T-lymphocytes activated by a polypeptide in vitro and combined byanti-CD molecule monoclonal antibodies (McAb) in order to find whether the polypeptide has biological active or not.Methods mices spleen cells were cultured and the polypeptide was added in the cultural liquid in order to active thecells combined different anti-CD McAb and counted by flow cytometry. Results Some compositions in the polypep-tide can directly active and differentiate T-lymphocytes and maintain the ratio of CD4/CD8 identically and obviouslyincrease the amount of cells of CD4+、CD8+ during 25ug-50ug/ml and have significance in statistics. Conclusionincreasing the amount of the cells of CD4+、CD8+ is beneficial to discontinue the spreading of viruses and clearinfected cells and be a potential immunity candidate of AIDS patients.[
