摘  要:目的:观察水飞蓟素磷脂复合物灌胃对四氯化碳(tetrachloride)所致大鼠慢性肝损伤[1]的保护作用。方法:实验分7组,即正常对照组、模型对照组、阴性对照组(磷酯组)、阳性对照组(益肝宁组,即水飞蓟素组)、水飞蓟素磷脂复合物小、中、大剂量组。除外正常对照组,以25%四氯化碳0.2ml/100g(体重),1次/5天,皮下注射,连续11周;同时每天一次灌胃给药,造模结束后再连续给药20天,最后一次给药后24小时采血,测定各组动物血清中AST、ALT、TP、ALB、LN、HA、PⅢP、CⅣ等指标的变化;并称肝重,计算肝脏指数。结果:与益肝宁(142mg/kg水飞蓟素)相比较,水飞蓟素磷脂复合物灌胃(150、300、600mg/kg)可显著降低四氯化碳慢性肝中毒模型肝损伤的严重程度。结论:水飞蓟素磷脂复合物体内对慢性肝损伤的疗效比益肝宁为佳。该作用可能与水飞蓟素磷脂复合物比水飞蓟素的生物利用度高有关。Objective To investigate the protective effect of compound of silibin and phospholipid on tetrachloride inducedhepatic damage in rats.Method One hundred and forty rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group(untreated), phospholipid controlgroup, Yiganning(silybin) control group, high, middle and low dose(600、300、150mg/Kg) of compound groups. All rats were administrated (po) daily during the experiment lastingfourteen weeks. At the beginning of the experiment, all rats (except the normal control group) were treated withtetrachloride (0.2ml/100g, i.p)once every five days for eleven weeks. The concentrations of AST、ALT、TP、ALB、LN、HA、PⅢP、CⅣ were detected respectively.Result The compound of silibin and phospholipid could alleviate the hepatic damage induced by tetrachloridein rats evidently.Conclusion The protective effect of compound of silibin and phospholipid on hepatic damage induced bytetrachloride in rats is better than that of silybin.
