摘　　要：目的探讨超声在早期诊断胎儿露脑-无脑畸形序列的临床应用价值。方法对2007年1月至2013年11月本院28例超声早期诊断的胎儿露脑-无脑畸形序列的声像图特征进行回顾性分析。结果超声早期诊断胎儿露脑畸形22例,无脑儿畸形6例,最终诊断经引产后尸检或随访证实。结论超声检查安全、可靠、实用、快捷,能在早期诊断露脑-无脑畸形序列。Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound on early diagnosing the fetal exencephaly and anencephaly sequence.Method 28cases ultrasound early diagnosis of fetal exencephaly and anencephaly sequence ultrasonographic feature were analyzed retrospectively from January 2007to November 2013.Results 28cases of the exencephaly and anencephaly sequence were found in the early diagnosis, 22were exencephaly and 6were anencephaly.The final diagnosis were confirmed by autopsy or followup.Conclusions Ultrasound examination is safe,reliable,practical,and fast,it is an dependable method on screening the fetal exencephaly and anencephaly sequence in the early diagnosis
