阴茎根部皮肤环切术治疗包皮过长18例报告

摘　　要：目的探讨阴茎根部皮肤环切术治疗包皮过长的疗效和安全性。方法 2010年9月至2012年4月,18例包皮过长患者施行阴茎根部皮肤环切术(A组),对手术时间、术后并发症及术后外观满意度进行比较,并与33例传统包皮环切术(B组)进行对比分析。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术。A组平均手术时间(40±6)分钟,长于B组(30±5)分钟(P<0.05)。A组术后切口肿胀1例,无切口出血、血肿、感染等并发症发生,B组术后切口肿胀25例,切口出血3例,均高于A组(P<0.01)。A组患者术后外观满意度评分平均为2.8分,高于B组的2.2分(P<0.05)。结论阴茎根部皮肤环切术治疗包皮过长安全、有效,并发症少,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of circumcision of the root skin of penis for the treatment of redundant prepuce.Methods Between September 2010 and April 2012,18 men with redundant prepuce were treated by circumcision of the root skin of penis(group A).The operation time,postoperative complications(such as bleeding,hematoma,dropsy,infection of wound) and satisfaction degree were recorded and compared with traditional circumcision(group B).Results All operations were successful in the 2 groups.The operation time was(40±6)min in group A and(30±5)min in group B(P<0.05).Only one patient suffered from dropsy in group A and there was no postoperative bleeding,hematoma or infection of wound.However,in group B 25 patients had dropsy and 3 had postoperative bleeding(P<0.01).The satisfaction degree score was 2.8 in group A and 2.2 in group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Circumcision of the root skin of penis is safe and effective for the treatment of redundant prepuce.It was worth using with few complications.
