摘 要:目的制备载卡介苗的磁性壳聚糖纳米凝胶,并对其表征、载药率进行检测。方法选用可生物降解的壳聚糖作为骨架材料,与具有超顺磁性的Fe3O4纳米粒、β-甘油磷酸钠及卡介苗合成磁性纳米凝胶,并通过红外光谱仪、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等考察载卡介苗的磁性壳聚糖凝胶的理化性质及体外磁场响应性。结果成功制备载卡介苗的磁性壳聚糖纳米凝胶,磁化曲线提示其超顺磁性,载药率16%、包封率23%。结论卡介苗磁性壳聚糖凝胶载药率和包封率高,体外具有良好的磁场响应性,为进一步的研究提供实验基础。Objective To prepare drug delivery hydrogel system with chitosan(CS)、β-glycerophosphate(β-GP) and Bacillus Calmette-Guérin(BCG) and to evaluate its characterization.Methods BCG-chitosan Hydrogel was composed by CS、acrylic monomer(AA)、β-GP、BCG and Fe3O4 nanoparticle.The structure of this polymer,loading rate,embedding ratio and magnetic responsiveness were confirmed by infrared spectrometer and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).ResultsThe drug's loading rate was 16.0%,and embedding ratio was 23.0%.Magnetization curve showed superparamagnetism.ConclusionsMagnetic BCG-chitosan Hydrogel,with higher loading rate and embedding ratio,has small particle size and good magnetic responsiveness.It has good application future in tumor's local chemotherapy.Our group are undertaking further investigation.
