摘  要:目的研究植物药五味子治疗和预防泌尿系结石的生物化学基础。方法采用X射线衍射法(XRD)和傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)法研究了植物药五味子提取液对泌尿系草酸钙结石(CaOxa)结晶形成的影响。将植物药五味子提取液加入盛有CaCl2溶液的烧杯中,观察晶体的生成情况。结果当植物药五味子提取液加入量<5.0ml时,与空白试验结果相近,主要形成一水草酸钙(COM);随着提取液加入量分别增加至8.0ml、15.0ml,CaOxa晶相发生了明显的变化,分别形成了约73%、100%的二水草酸钙(COD)。结论该结果在理论上支持临床使用植物药五味子作为防治泌尿系结石的有效药物。Objective To evaluate the effectivenes of aqueous extract from Wuweizi on suppressing formation of calcium oxalete (CaOxa) in vitro. Methods The phase composition of calcium oxalate (CaOxa) was investigated by beams of X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. Formation of crystals was obserred and analyzed by adding aqueous extract from Wuweizi into CaCl2 Solution. Results There was no significant difference with control group if the added volume of Wuweizi extract was less than 5.0 ml, only COM was formed. While the volume incressed up to 8.0 ml and 15.0 ml, respectively, about 73% and 100% of the COD crystals were induced. Conclusions Our study provides some evidences that Wuweizi could be used to treat and prevent urinary stones.
