摘　　要：报告4例创伤性睾丸脱位患者,3例在伤后行睾丸松解、固定术,1例行手法复位。4例患者一次性治疗成功,术后恢复好。对有会阴部外伤及骨盆外伤的患者,应行详细体格检查,辅助超声、CT检查睾丸位置。复位治疗时间越短,睾丸组织损害越轻。治疗分为手法复位和手术治疗。4 cases sufferring traumatic dislocation of the testis were reported,3 cases underwent surgical procedure,and 1 case received manipulative reduction.The results showed that all the patients were treated successfully.Careful medical examination,ultrasound,CT and radioisotopic examination were needed to the patients who sufferred trauma of perineal region and pelvis.The treatment included manipulative reduction and surgical procedure.
