摘　　要：目的探讨泡沫硬化剂注射治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全(CVI)的临床疗效。方法 2011年3月至2012年1月,对我院行泡沫硬化剂注射治疗的95例CVI患者(131条患肢,CEAP分级为C2～5级)的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 131条患肢均成功治疗,平均每条肢体应用泡沫硬化剂15.5ml。31条(23.7%)肢体于治疗后2周复诊时实施了第2次注射治疗,其中3条(2.3%)肢体于治疗后1个月复诊时实施了第3次注射治疗。无严重并发症发生。结论泡沫硬化疗法对各种类型的下肢CVI都有效,且简单易行,应扩大其临床适应证。Objective To explore the clinical effect of foam sclerotherapy for chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) of lower extremity. Methods The clinical data of 95 patients (131 limbs) with CVI of lower extremity, who were treated by foam sclerotherapy from March 2011 to January 2012, were analyzed retrospectively. Results 131 limbs were all treated by foam sclerotherapy successfully. The average volume of foam sclerosing agent using in each case was 15.5 ml. 31 limbs were performed foam sclerotherapy for the second time 2 weeks later, while 3 limbs of them were performed for the third time 1 month later. There were no severe complications. Conclusions Foam sclerotherapy is an effective and simple therapy for all kinds of CVI of lower extremity. Its clinical indications could be expanded.
