摘　　要：目的探讨间歇性充气加压(IPC)和新型敷料联合应用治疗下肢慢性静脉性溃疡的临床疗效。方法 69例(79条患肢)慢性下肢静脉性溃疡的患者随机分为两组:治疗组35例(39条患肢)采用手术加IPC和新型敷料治疗;对照组34例(40条患肢)采用手术加传统敷料方法治疗。结果治疗30天后,治疗组治愈率为91.4%,对照组为70.6%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IPC和新型敷料联合应用对下肢慢性静脉性溃疡疗效可靠,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of intermittent pneumatic compression(IPC) combined with new type dressing in treatment of chronic venous ulcer of lower extremities. Methods Sixty-nine patients (79 limbs) with chronic venous ulcer of lower extremities were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group: 35 cases (39 limbs) were treated with IPC and new type dressing; the control group: 34 cases (40 limbs) were treated with surgery and traditional dressing. Results At 1 month after treatment, the cure rate was 91.4% in treatment group and 70.6% in control group, respectively. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0. 05) . Conclusion Combination of IPC and new type dressing in treatment of chronic venous ulcer of lower extremities has reliable effect, and it is worth using widely in clinic.
