腔内射频闭合术联合透光直视旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张的护理

摘　　要：目的总结腔内射频闭合术联合透光直视旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张的护理经验。方法对应用腔内射频闭合术联合透光直视旋切术治疗的392例下肢静脉曲张患者(413条患肢),术前给予心理护理及充分的术前准备,术后给予严密的病情观察和指导以配合治疗。结果所有患者术后恢复良好,无严重并发症发生。结论术前充分的准备、术后采取积极有效的护理措施、早期适当的下肢活动及功能锻炼是腔内射频闭合术联合透光直视旋切术护理成功、预防并发症的关键。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of patients with varicose veins of lower extremity treated by radiofrequency endovenous occlusing in combination with transilluminated powered phlebectomy(TIPP).Methods Three hundred and ninety-two cases(413 limbs) with varicose veins in lower extremity underwent endovenous radiofrequency combined with TIPP.Preoperative psychological nursing,sufficient preoperative preparation,careful postoperative observation and comprehensive postoperative health education were adopted.Results All the patients recovered well without serious postoperative complications.Conclusion Sufficient preoperative preparation,effective postoperative nursing care,early lower limb exercise and functional exercise are the keys to nursing success and preventing complications.
