RANTES和Fractalkine在下肢静脉性溃疡患者静脉血中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞趋化因子RANTES和Fractalkine与下肢静脉性溃疡发病的相关性。方法采用RTPCR方法检测下肢静脉溃疡患者(溃疡组,20例)、单纯下肢静脉功能不全患者(无溃疡组,20例)和健康人(对照组,10例)下肢外周血RANTES mRNA和Fractalkine mRNA的表达。结果溃疡组血液RANTES mRNA和Fractalkine mRNA的表达与无溃疡组和对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无溃疡组血液RANTESmRNA的表达和对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无溃疡组血液Fractalkine mRNA的表达和对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论静脉血RANTES的高表达可能是下肢静脉性功能不全的发病因素之一,而RANTES mRNA和Fractalkine mRNA的高表达可能是导致下肢静脉性溃疡的重要因素。Objective To study the relation of RANTES and Fractalkine with venous ulcer.Methods Forty patients with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) were enrolled in the study and divided into the ulceration group (n=20) and non-ulceration group (n=20),according to CVI with or without ulceration.Furthermore,10 healthy individuals were enrolled as control group.The expression of RANTES mRNA and Fractalkine mRNA in blood was analyzed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results In ulceration group,the expression of RANTES mRNA and Fractalkine mRNA in blood increased obviously.Compared with the other two groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The difference of the expression of RANTES mRNA was also significant in the other two groups(P<0.05),but the difference of the expression of Fractalkine mRNA was not significant between non-ulceration group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The high expression of RANTES in venous blood may be one of the causes of CVI,and the high expression of RANTES and Fractalkine in venous blood may be the important mechanisms of varicose ulcer.
