摘　　要：以成分输血为中心的临床输血学把细胞高级生理功能的改变作为临床治疗目标,与基因导入技术相结合,细胞治疗、细胞移植成为现代临床输血医学研究的热点课题。避免和预防致死的输血并发症、GVHD等输血的副作用;安全、合理输血;临床应用人工血液,造血干细胞的移植是输血疗法的发展方向。in clinical blood transfusion blood transfusion center of advanced study the physiological function of the cell changes as a clinical treatment goals,and gene technology,cell therapy,cell transplantation into modern clinical transfusion medical research topics.Avoid and prevent fatal complications of blood transfusion,GVHD and other side effects of blood transfusion;safe,reasonable blood transfusion;clinical application of artificial blood,hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is the development direction of blood transfusion therapy.
