摘 要:目的对聚轮烷这一新型载体在药剂学方面的新应用进行综述,为进一步丰富药物载体系统提供依据。方法参考国内外30余篇文献和专利,分别对其释药机制及其在缓释、靶向和生物大分子运输方面的应用进展进行综述。结果研究发现其释药机制与封端基团的水解有很大的关系,可以起到缓释、靶向、增加皮肤渗透性的作用,同时拥有环境响应智能材料的特性。结论阐明了聚轮烷作为一种新兴的高分子材料,在药物载体方面具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To review the application of polyrotaxane as new drug carriers in pharmaceutics.Methods Based on literature reports,drug release mechanism as well as the application of polyrotaxane in sustained release drug,targeting therapy and transport of biological macromolecules was introduced.Results It was found that the drug release mechanism was related to the hydrolysis of the groups in the sealing side of polyrotaxane.Ployrotaxane could delay drug release,achieve targeted drug delivery and increase skin permeability coefficient.Also,it is an intelligent material with environmental response characteristics.Conclusion It might be a potential novel drug carrier with wide application prospects.
