摘  要:目的探讨吡诺克辛Regel眼用热敏型混悬剂的凝胶溶蚀与药物释放。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定药物浓度,采用无膜溶出模型考察凝胶的溶蚀与药物的释放。结果与结论药物释放与凝胶溶蚀几乎同时进行。凝胶中药物的释放受溶蚀控制,并且凝胶溶蚀与药物释放均受Regel浓度、释放面积、人工泪液等制剂因素及处方因素的影响。Objective To investigate the gel erosion and pirenoxine release from its Regel thermosensitive ophthalmic suspension drops.Methods A spectrophotometric method was applied to determine the release of pirenoxine from the ophthalmic suspension drops and a membraneless model was used to investigate gel erosion.Results and conclusion Drug release and gel erosion started at almost the same time.Drug release was controlled by gel erosion.Both gel erosion and drug release were dependent on the preparation condition and component of the formulation.
