摘　　要：目的制备二氟尼柳缓释片,并考察各辅料的影响因素以确定最佳工艺处方。方法确定体外分析方法,制备二氟尼柳缓释片,对影响药物释放因素进行考察。结果处方因素(HPMC规格、HPMC的用量、填充剂乳糖用量和黏合剂的种类)及工艺因素(制粒、压力和原料药粒度)对药物释放均有影响。结论自制二氟尼柳缓释片符合要求,达到缓释效果。Objective To prepare diflunisa1 sustained release tablets and optimize the formulation by evaluating the effect of different excipients.Methods An in vitro analytical method was established.Factors influencing the in vitro release of diflunisa1 from sustained release tablets were investigated.Results Both formulation parameters(the viscosity and amount of HPMC, the amount of lactose and different sorts of binders) and manufacture techniques(wet granulation versus direct compression, compression pressure and particle size of the raw material) affected the in-vitro release of diflunisa1 from sustained release tablets.Conclusions Sustained release diflunisa1 tablet could be prepared with appropriate release profile.
