摘　　要：目的介绍聚合物胶束在药学领域的研究进展。方法以国内外30篇相关文献为依据,综述了聚合物胶束的特点和形成过程,介绍了其分类,制备方法和载药方法、精确控制聚合物胶束长度的新方法及释药机理等。结果聚合物胶束可以增溶药物、作为药物和基因治疗的载体。结论聚合物胶束作为药物传递系统具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To introduce the application of polymeric micelles in the field of pharmacy.Methods Properties of polymeric micelles, their self-assembly principle, drug loading methods and drug release mechanism were reviewed.Results Polymeric micelles can increase the solubility of poorly soluble drugs and can also be used as a carrier for gene therapy.Conclusion The polymeric micelles have broad application as drug delivery carriers.
