复方异丙酚静脉亚微乳的制备及理化性质考察

摘　　要：目的制备复方异丙酚静脉注射亚微乳剂并考察其理化性质。方法通过单因素考察及正交实验优化设计筛选得到了复方异丙酚静脉注射亚微乳剂的最佳处方组成及较佳制备工艺,并研究所得制剂的pH值、ζ电位、粒径分布、稳定性等性质。结果复方异丙酚静脉注射亚微乳剂的最佳处方中大豆卵磷脂与泊洛沙姆188质量比为1︰2时,所得制剂平均粒径为137.3nm、平均pH值5.56、ζ电位为-24.8mV。结论制备的复方异丙酚静脉注射亚微乳剂符合静脉给药要求,稳定性良好。Objective To prepare and characterize submicroemulsion containing propofol and lidocaine hydrochloride. Methods The optimal formulation and prepared procedure was obtained through the single factor and direct cross design of experiment, and the pH, zeta potential and the particle size distribution of the product was studied. Results The ratio of SPC and F68 is 1∶2 in the optimal formulation, with the mean diameter of about 137.3 nm, the pH 5.56, the ζ potential -24.8 mV. Conclusion A stable propofol submicroemulsion is attained.
