磺丁基醚-β-环糊精对布洛芬的增溶作用考察

摘　　要：目的研究新型辅料磺丁基醚-β-环糊精对布洛芬的增溶作用,用以提高布洛芬的溶解度。方法采用相溶解度法考察磺丁基醚-β-环糊精对布洛芬的增溶作用,进而测定其表观稳定常数。结果磺丁基醚-β-环糊精包合布洛芬后,布洛芬溶解度显著提高,表观稳定常数(Kc)为370.48L·mol-1。结论磺丁基醚-β-环糊精对布洛芬是理想的增溶剂。Objective To study the solubilization effect of a novel excipient sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin on ibuprofen.Methods Phase-solubility diagram was applied to study the solubilization capability of sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin on ibuprofen and then stability constant was calculated.Results Sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin could increase the solubility of buprofen significantly and stability constant was 370.48 L?mol-1.Conclution Sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin is an ideal solubilizer for ibuprofen.
