摘　　要：目的制备布洛芬固体分散体片。方法采用熔融法制备布洛芬固体分散体,粉末直接压片制成片剂。结果布洛芬固体分散体片显著提高了布洛芬体外溶出速率。结论固体分散体片是提高布洛芬溶出性质的有效方法。Objective To prepare solid dispersion tablets of ibuprofen(IBU).Methods Solid dispersions were prepared by a melting method. Then tablets were fabricated from solid dispersions of IBU using direct compression technique. Results The dissolution rate of IBU from solid dispersion tablets was improved significantly compared with that from the conventional tablets. Conclusion Solid dispersion tablet of ibuprofen can effectively improve the dissolution characteristics of IBU.
