摘  要:目的制备藤黄酸纳米混悬剂,并对处方及制备工艺进行优化。方法采用高压均质法制备藤黄酸纳米混悬剂,以粒径、多分散系数、zeta电位为评价指标,采用星点设计-效应面法优化藤黄酸纳米混悬剂的处方,并对处方进行验证。同时对制得的藤黄酸纳米混悬剂进行表征。结果对实验结果进行模型拟合,用效应面法预测最佳处方。最优处方下制备得到的藤黄酸纳米混悬液粒径为258.7 nm,多分散系数为0.186,平均zeta电位为-28.9 mV。结论星点设计-效应面法适用于藤黄酸纳米混悬剂的处方优化,且优化所得处方具有良好的预测性。Objective To optimize the formulation and preparation technology of gambogic acid nanosuspensions. Method The nanosuspensions were prepared by high pressure homogenization. The formulation was optimized by the central composite design-response surface methodology with repect to size, PDI and zeta potential, and the optimal formulation was verified. Result Gambogic acid nanosuspensions were prepared under the optimal condition. Under this condition, size, PDI and zeta were 258.7 nm, 0.186 and-28.9 mV, respectively. Conclusion The nanosuspensions optimized by design-response surface methodology have a reliable predictability.
