摘  要:目的:考察循环流化床在中药及天然药物分离领域应用的可行性。方法:以大孔吸附树脂为固体颗粒,以阿胶液为液相,以循环流化床为吸附分离装置。结果:下行床表观液速越小、颗粒装柱量越大、颗粒循环速度越大,对吸附越有利。结论:液固循环流化床可以用于中药及天然药物的分离。Aim:Investigate the absorption performance of traditional Chinese medicine or natural products on particles of macro-porous resin in liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed. Method: Solid particles are macro-porous resin. Liquid is solution of Gelatin solutiond. The equipment is liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed. Resuets: Investigations on the factors influencing the absorption performance show that it is favorable for the absorption at a lower superficial liquid velocity, a higher particle circulating velocity and a bigger charge. Conclusion: Liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed can be applied in the separation of traditional Chinese medicine or natural products.
