海洋生物多糖FW-1对升高白细胞作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察海洋生物多糖FW-1升高白细胞的药理作用。方法:本实验采用环磷酰胺所致白细胞减少的小白鼠动物模型,研究海洋生物多糖FW-1对模型小鼠外周血白细胞数,骨髓有核细胞数,免疫器官重量等指标的药理作用。结果:海洋生物多糖FW-1能明显抑制环磷酰胺导致的外周血白细胞和有核细胞数减少,并能显著增加胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结论:海洋生物多糖FW-1对环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓有核细胞数和外周血白细胞减少及其免疫器官有明显保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of marine life polysaccharide FW-1 on increasing leukocyte.Methods The leukocytopenia model was induced by cyclophosphamide(CTX).The model was used to study the quantity of leukocyte in the blood,the quantity of peripheral leukocytes in the bone,the weight index of splenic organ and thymus.Results FW-1 could obviously increase the quantity of peripheral leukocytes of mice induced by CTX,so did the quantity of bone marrow cells and the weight of splenic organ and thymus.Conclusion FW-1 has obviously protective function on the chemotherapy mice.
