丹参饮加味治疗瘀血型消化性溃疡76例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参饮加味治疗瘀血型消化性溃疡的疗效。方法将144例瘀血型消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组,对照组68例每日单纯给予西药;治疗组76例在对照组的基础上加用丹参饮加味。疗程4周。治疗结束后复诊,记录症状变化并复查胃镜。结果治疗组4周末症状与体征消失率为89.5%,对照组则分别73.5%(P<0.05);治疗组溃疡愈合率、有效率(含治愈患者,以下类同)为92.1%,高于对照组的76.5%(P<0.05)。溃疡复发率半年和一年治疗组均明显低于对照组(P<0.1和P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组治疗前和一年后幽门螺杆菌阳性率比较,差异无显著意义(P﹥0.05)。疗程结束后、半年后幽门螺杆菌阳性率比较,差异有显著意义(P﹤0.05)。结论丹参饮加味联合法莫替丁治疗瘀血型消化性溃疡取得较好疗效。Objestive To study the therapeutic effect of Salvia Decoction in Treating Peptic Ulcer of Blood Stasis Syndrome.Methods the 144 cases with Peptic Ulcer of Blood Stasis Syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups,68 cases in control group were treated simply by using western medicine;76 cases in treatment group were treated by using both western medicine and Modified Salvia Decoction.All the cases were rechecked after 4 weeks'treatment course,recording the changes of clinical symptoms and gastroscope manifestation.Result At the end of the 4th week,for treatment group,the vanishing rate of symptoms and signs was 89.5%,and for control group,the rate was 73.5%(P < 0.05);the ulcer cicatrizing rate,effective rate(including the recovery patients,which followed as the same) of treatmnet group was 92.1%,higher than control group,76.5%(P < 0.05).Ulcer recurrence rate of six months and one year treatment group was both significantly lower than control group(P <0.1 & P <0.05).One year before or after the treatment Helicobacter pylori positive rate of treatment and control groups didn't show significant differenc(P﹥0.05).After the treatment and six months later the Helicobacter pylori positive rate's difference was significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Treating peptic Ulcer of Blood Stasis Syndrome with Modified Salvia Decoction combined with famotidine acquired good effect.
