保肝片治疗自身免疫型肝炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察以中药保肝片,结合小剂量肾上腺皮质激素,治疗自身免疫型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例自身免疫型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。治疗组和对照组同时应用甲基强的松龙,治疗组在应用激素的同时加服保肝片,每次4片,每日三次。两组疗程均为8周。结果:治疗组的症状体征、肝功能、免疫功能的改善,明显优于对照组。结论:保肝片结合小剂量肾上腺皮质激素,治疗自身免疫型肝炎的疗效较好,且无不良反应。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Bao Gan tablets combined with small dosa mefhylprednisolone hormone on autoimmune hepatitis.Methods:80 patients with autoimmune hepatitis were divided at random into two groups:treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases).Both the treatment group and control group were given methylprednisolone,In addition to the hormone in treatment group,add oral Bao Gan tablet,once only 4 tab tid.The treatment course of two groups was all 8 weeks.Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group in improvement of symptoms,sign,liver function and immune function. Conclusion:The Bao Gan Tablets with a small dose of cortical hormone is effective for autoimmune hepatitis.No side-effect is observed.
