摘　　要：以创业带动就业,这是党中央提出的积极推动大学生自主创业,化解大学生就业难的重要战略举措。为此,必须从战略的高度认识推进大学生创业工程的重要性、必要性和紧迫性,深入分析影响大学毕业生创业的一系列关键问题,从加强领导、转变观念、突出重点、破解难题、典型引路、拓宽视野等多方面采取有效措施,不断推进大学生创业工程深入发展。Entrepreneurshipping to create jobs,which is an important strategic initiatives proposed by the CPC Central Committee to actively promote college students starting their own businesses and to resolve the difficults in Students' Employment.Therefore,it must be reached a highly level of awareness of the strategy to promote the importance,necessity and urgency of students starting engineering,to deeply analyze a number of key issues affecting the business of college,to take a variety of effective measures with different ways such as strengthening leadership,changing concepts,focusing,solving problems,typical and broadening horizons,which can constantly promote the students starting projects to an in-depth development.
