关于推进我省新型城镇化在“四化两型”整体建设中必须正确把握的六个互动关系研究

摘　　要：根据党的十八大提出的"坚持走中国特色新型城镇化道路"和十八届三中全会提出的"必须更加注重改革的系统性、整体性和协同性"的精神,结合我省实际,在推进新型城镇化过程中,要实现工业化与城镇化良性互动、城镇化与农业现代化相互协调,促进工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展,必须从"四化两型"整体建设全局的视角,把握好新型城镇化与工业化、农业现代化、信息化以及两型社会建设的六个关系,努力构建以提升城市发展质量为目标的六个新型城镇化支撑体系。According to the proposed by the Party's 18th congress to the new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics' and the third plenary session of the eighteenth must pay more attention to the reform of the systematic,holistic and collaborative spirit,Combining the reality of our province,in the process of advancing the new urbanization,in order to realize positive interaction between industrialization and urbanization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,coordinate with each other,to promote industrialization,hand in hand with the development of informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.Must be from the 'four modernizations' overall construction of global perspective,grasp the new urbanization and industrialization,agricultural modernization and informatization as well as the relations between the two type society construction of six.Efforts to build aiming at improving the quality of the urban development of six new type of supporting system of urbanization.
