碳酸氢铵体外杀灭日本血吸虫虫卵的实验观察

摘　　要：目的观察碳酸氢铵体外杀灭日本血吸虫虫卵的药效。方法以碳酸氢铵作为实验组,以敌百虫作为阳性对照组,以清水作为空白对照组。在室温下用不同浓度的农用碳酸氢铵,作用于一定数量的含有日本血吸虫虫卵的小鼠粪便和肠道组织。观察不同时间、不同碳酸氢铵浓度下虫卵的孵化情况。结果在室温下农用碳酸氢铵在200mg\L浓度时浸泡含有日本血吸虫虫卵的小鼠粪便和肠道组织,12h、24h日本血吸虫虫卵的孵化率为0。200mg\L的碳酸氢铵体外持效观察7天内均能有效抑制和杀灭虫卵。结论碳酸氢铵体外在200mg\L时有明显抑制和杀灭日本血吸虫虫卵的作用。Objective To investigate the killing efficacy of Schistosoma japonicum eggs by ammonium bicarbonate in vitro.Methods Ammonium bicarbonate was as the experimental group.trichlorfon as a positive control group,and water as a negative control group.At room temperature,agricultural ammonium bicarbonate with different concentrations acted on a certain number of mice feces and intestinal tissues containing S.japonicum eggs.The egg mortality rate under different times and different concentrations of ammonium bicarbonate was observed.Results Under the room temperature.the mice using concentration of 200mg\L ammonium bicarbonate feces and intestinal tissues which contained S.japonicum eggs were soaked.The hatching rate of japonicum eggs in 12 hours and 24 hours was 0.200mg\L ammonium bicarbonate was effective in inhibiting and killing the eggs within seven days.Conclusion Schistosoma japonicum eggs are significantly inhibited and killed in vitro by the ammonium bicarbonate under the concentration of 200mg\L.
