谢氏围手术期平衡康复疗法对声带息肉/小结围手术期的干预研究

摘　　要：目的:研究谢氏围手术期平衡康复疗法治疗声带息肉/小结(气滞血瘀型)围手术期患者的病情转归及嗓音康复的临床疗效、探讨其机理及优越性。方法:应用谢氏围手术期平衡康复疗法中的针刺"开音1号"和"开音2号"穴为主方法治疗,采用症状体征评分及计算机嗓音声学检测、组内自身比较与组间相互比较的研究方法。结果:试验组中治愈28例,显效9例,有效3例,无效0例,治愈率为92.5%;对照组中治愈25例,显效11例,有效4例,无效0例,治愈率为90.0%。经统计学处理,试验组治愈率与对照组治愈率比较,无显著性差异(P】0.05),疗效相当。结论:针刺"开音1号"穴、"开音2号"穴为主谢氏平衡康复疗法对声带息肉/小结(气滞血瘀型)围手术期干预疗效确切,安全无毒副作用,可调整术前身心状态、替代术后抗生素和激素的常规运用。Objective: The research acupuncture "ease-up the voice No 1"acupoint, "ease-up the voice No 2"acupoint Xie to be primarily balanced is restored to health the therapy treatment vocalcord polyp/ nodulosa (qi-stagnancy and blood stasis type) to amb-operation time patient’s condition extension to turn over to and the voice recovery clinical curative effect, to discuss its mechanism and the superiority. Method: Uses symptom and objective sign grading and in the computer voice acoustics examination, the group oneself compares the research technique which compares mutually with the group. Results: In the experiments group ,there are 28 examples cure, 9 examples excellence, 3 examples utility, 0 examples inefficacy, the cure rate is 92.5%; In the control group ,there are 25 examples cure, 11 examples excellence, 4 examples utility, examples inefficacy, the cure rate is 90.0%. To deal with statistics, compare the experimental group cure rate and the control group cure rate, non-significance difference (P>0.05), curative effect quite. Conclusion: The acupuncture "ease-up the voice No 1" acupoint, "ease-up the voice No 2"acupoint Xie to be primarily balanced is restored to health the therapy treatment vocalcord polyp/ nodulosa (qi-stagnancy and blood stasis type) to amb-operation time patient’s condition extension ,its intervention curative effect to be accurate, is safe and non-toxic side effect, it may adjust the body and mind condition in the preoperative time,to substitute conventional utilization of antibiotic and hormone in the postoperative.
