嗓音声学检测在慢喉喑中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察研究正常人及慢喉喑(慢性喉炎、声带小结、声带息肉)患者的嗓音声学特征,探讨应用电子计算机技术的嗓音声学测试在慢喉喑疾病(慢性喉炎、声带小结、声带息肉)诊断、鉴别诊断及辨证分型中的应用价值。方法采用计算机嗓音测试系统对40例正常嗓音者和90例慢性喉炎、声带小结和声带息肉患者进行嗓音测试,同时对慢喉喑患者进行辨证分型,分析其声学特征。结果慢喉喑中医证型各组数据与正常组比较均有显著性差异,部分参数各组间数据差异有统计学意义,慢性喉炎、声带小结、声带息肉的数据差异部分有统计学意义。结论嗓音声学测试是一种无创、客观和能提供较准确可比临床资料的嗓音质量评估方法,有助于慢喉喑各疾病的诊断,但是否有助于慢喉喑分型辨证尚待进一步研究。Purpose To observe and study the vocal acoustics charictoristic of normals and man hou yin which conclude chronic laryngitis,vocal nodule and vocal polyp. To approach the utilizal values of vocal acoustic test by EC in diagnose,differential diagnose and differential symptoms and signs of man hou yin. Method We gathered 40 nomal and 90 patients’ vioce used the computor voice test system . And differentiate symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome, analyses sonic characters.Result The data of each group of patients have significant difference with normal. Part parameters’data between each TCM group have statistical significance.Part of data between chronic laryngitis,vocal nodule and vo-cal polyp havestatistical significance. Conclusions The vocal acoustic test is a good appraisal approach which can provide exact clinical data of tone quality.It conduce to the diagnosis of man hou yin.But its helpness of TCM differentiation still need to study and research.
