鼻敏康汤剂治疗常年性变态反应性鼻炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探索治疗常年性变态反应性鼻炎的有效方法。方法:将432个确诊为常年性变态反应性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组按中医辨证为肺气虚弱型,以鼻敏康汤剂口服。对照组以特非那丁口服。观察两组的近期及远期疗效。结果:治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,治疗组总有效率近期达83%;远期达67%。对照组总有效率近期达73%,远期达35%。结论:按中医辨证治疗,疗效稳定,不易复发。Objective:To explore an effective therapy for the treatment of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis(PAR).Methods:432 cases with PRA were randomly divided into two groups,Treatment Group(TG)and Control Group(CG).TG belonged to deficincy of lung_qi in TCM treated with BiMinKangTang decoction.CG was treated with Terfenadene.Observe the therapeutic effect of two groups in the short and long term.Result:The total effect rate of TG was 83% in the short term and 67% in the long_term,which is superior to the rate of CG,73% in the short term and 35% in the long term.Conclusion:The treatment with BiMinKangTang decoction based on the syndrome differentiation of TCM has a steady and constant therapeutic effect on PAR.
