摘　　要：我国智能交通系统领域的标准化工作起步较晚,为促使相关标准的组成达到结构合理、层次分明、科学有序,明确工作重点和努力方向,需要制定ITS标准体系。本文介绍了ITS标准体系研究的背景,分析了国际及国外主要发达国家和地区的相关标准化状况,提出ITS标准体系覆盖范围应考虑标准化所带来的利益与风险,提出了体系结构层次确定的原则、具体结构层次及标准要素集群,并制定了ITS标准明细表。In order to set up a well organized standard system and determine the approach of standardization,an ITS standard architecture should be set up.This paper introduces the background of the research of the ITS standard architecture,analyzes the standardization situation at international level and in advanced countries,considers the benefits and potential risks of standardization,presents the principle of classification,the hierarchical structure and the key factors of standard architecture.A part of the standard architecture list is also given.
