摘　　要：作者安金波认为,作为卫生劳务的医疗卫生事业,同社会再生产四个环节有着有机的内在联系,是物质资料生产得以顺利进行的保证条件,所以,医疗卫生事业的发展,在实现社会主义基本经济规律中将会愈益发挥更大的作用。同时,还能为人民进行社会交往、参加各项活动等等,提供健康的前提条件,因此,卫生事业的发展水平与规模,也是衡量一个国家精神文明发展程度的重要标志之一。作者还进一步指出,卫生事业的改革和经济选择,离不开必要的政治参与、社会监督以及民主管理等等。仅仅就事论事,那是脱离现实的。Health service has organic and intrinsic connections with the four links contained in social reproduction, and is a prerequisite condition for the smooth progress of material production. Therefore, the development of health service will play an increasingly important role in the realization of basic laws of socialist economic movement. Health service improves the pbysical condition of the masses so that persons can satisfactorily engage themselves in social contact and activities. Thus, the level and scale of development of health service is one of the important signs by which to judge the degree of spiritual civilization of a country. The health service reform and the economic selection are inseparable from the necessary politics participation, social supervision, demoncratic administration, etc. Only to judge the thing as it stands would be to lose contact with realihy.
