摘　　要：农业基础论是马克思主义农业思想的重要组成部分。毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民坚持和发展了马克思主义农业基础论。农业基础地位的加强依赖于农业的发展,目前应从农地制度改革、发展“农协”式组织、提高农民素质、调整工农业关系和农业的可持续发展五方面加强农业的基础地位。The theory of agro-foundation is a principal part of Marxism. MAO Ze-dong, DENG Xiao-ping and JIANG Ze-min, etc. all probe into and practice the fundamental position of agriculture, which has made our country抯 agriculture develop greatly. The promotion of the position should rely on the development of agriculture, which should be enhanced from such five aspects as terra system reform, peasant association development, the improvement of peasant quality, the adjustment of the relation between agriculture and industry, and the sustainable development of agriculture.
