摘　　要：本文在分析中国财政补贴的基础上,结合世界贸易组织关于补贴的多项规定,阐述了外向经济发展中的中国财政补贴所面临的挑战与改革,并提出了入世后财政补贴与反补贴的应对策略。Based on the data analysis of the documents and financial statistics annals, the paper discusses China's financial subsidy together with analysis of the three WTO regulations involving subsidy and anti-subsidy. Then it evaluates the regulations for reference and enlightenment. It also elaborates the challenge and reforms to Chi- na's fiscal subsidy and suggests the countermeasures such as guarantee and favor, reform and adjustment.
