摘　　要：中国入世已近三年,但国内少有学者就中国复关和入世历程中的经验与教训进行专门探讨。WTO的性质、中国的创始缔约方地位及发展中国家地位,GATT/WTO加入程序的启动、工作组和事实确认程序,双边磋商程序、工作组报告、加入议定书的通过与生效等都值得反思。The paper holds that it is vital to review the hard procedures and significant experience in the course of China's entry into the WTO and it chiefly covers the aspects such as the characteristics of the WTO, China's original contracting party status and its developing country status, its starting proceedings involving working teem arrangement, bi-lateral negotiation and working reports.
