摘  要:平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动副数控加工的关键之一是建立其零件数字信息模型。本文利用特征建模方法建立蜗杆特征模型和蜗轮坯特征模型 ,利用虚拟加工技术建立蜗轮齿部实体模型 ,并通过对实体模型进行采样与拟合 。Digitized modeling of the parts is one of the key techniques for the NC-machining of plane-generated double enveloping torus worm pairs. Feature-based models for the worm and for the blank of the worm wheel were established in this paper. The 3D-solid model for the worm wheel was built up through virtual machining. It was sampled using slant cut plane that went through the worm wheel axle. Finally, digitized model of the worm wheel was set up by fitting the sampled data. The feature-based model of the worm and the digitized model of the worm wheel were convenient to be dealt with to plan the NC-machining tool-paths.
