摘 要:鉴于传统卡片式工艺数据组织模式和以工艺卡片为蓝本的工艺数据库的内容和数据存储模式存在诸多弊端 ,未能发挥出工艺信息的最佳效应 ,本文提出中性工艺信息模型。该模型突破卡片或简单数据表的数据组织模式 ,强调工艺信息本身以及工艺信息内容之间的内在联系 ,有利于数据一致性维护、数据重用、数据交换 ,以及各工具模块之间数据模型的统一 ,具有较强的通用性、完整性。The organization model of process data in traditional process sheets is of many serious disadvantages, even though the data in the process sheets are transferred and stored in database manner. The major problem is that the process information contained in the process sheets cannot support many applications in design, manufacturing and management. In this paper, a neutral information model for manufacturing processes is presented. The model contains much broader process information than traditional process sheets, and the natural relationships among the data entities in the model are focused here. It benefits the coherent data maintenance, data reuse and data exchange. It also helps to unify the information model of different modules of the CAPP system. In addition, it is of many good characteristics, such as commonality, integrality, containability and expandability.
