摘　　要：为设计网络中心化作战体系和评估网络中心战对作战结果的影响 ,首先分析了网络中心化作战体系的信息域信息质量转换 ,提出了三个信息质量指示 :完备性、准确性和时效性指标 ,其次研究了信息域的传感器子域、融合子域和通信网络子域的完备性、准确性和时效性指标及其度量 ,最后给出网络中心化作战体系的信息域效能评估模型。To design the structure of Network Centric Operating System (NCOS) and evaluate the effects of Network Centric Warfare on combat outcomes, firstly information quality transformation of NCOS is analyzed in information domain and three measures of information quality:completeness, correctness and currency, is present and then the measure and the metric of completeness, correctness and currency are explored in sensor sub-domain, fusion-domain and network sub-domain of information domain, and finally the model of evalulating the effectiveness of NCOS is giuen in information domain.
