摘　　要：目的探讨老年人骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方法及围手术期处理原则。方法采用C臂X光机监视下手法复位解剖钢板内固定术治疗老年人骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折34例。结果34例均手术顺利并获得随访,平均随访13.2个月,按Harris评分标准,优良率88.2%。结论应用解剖钢板内固定是治疗老年人骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的较好方法。Objective:To study the surgical method of internal fixation and the treating principle during perioperative period in aged patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures.Method:34cases of osteo-porotic intertrochanteric fractures were treated with internal fixation using anatomical plate after X-ray guid-ed.Results:All of the34patients were followed-up for13.2months,88.2%were classified as excellent and good in Harris score.Conclusions:The internal fixation using anatomical plate for aged patients with osteo-porotic intertrochanteric fractures shows the advantage of simplicity and good fixation and less complications and is a more satisfactory method.
