健胃愈疡颗粒对胃溃疡大鼠胃组织白细胞介素1β mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健胃愈疡颗粒的疗效及抗复发机制。方法以Okeba改良法复制大鼠实验性胃溃疡 ,采用RT—PCR法观察该药对胃溃疡组织白细胞介素 (IL) 1 βmRNA表达的影响。 结果模型组IL—1 βmRNA表达较正常组及假手术组增高 ,而健胃愈疡治疗组IL— 1 βmRNA的表达较模型组及对照组明显降低。结论健胃愈疡颗粒可降低IL— 1 βmRNA的上增性表达 ,这可能是其促进溃疡愈合和提高溃疡愈合质量从而减少溃疡复发的物质基础。Objective To investigate the mechanism of Jianweiyuyang Granules (JG) for the therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer (GU) and for preventing it from reoccurring. Methods The gastric ulcer was induced in rats by Okeba’s method with some modification and the expression of IL-1β mRNA in the tissues of gastric ulcer was examined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Result The expression of IL-1β mRNA in GU model group was stronger than that in normal group and sham surgery group, while that in JG treating group was lower than that in GU model group and controlling one. Conclusions JG can decrease the up-requlated expression of IL-1β mRNA in GU tissues.This may be the mechanism underlying accelerated ulcer healing and improved quality of ulcer healing. Then the reoccurrence of ulcer should be prevented in this way.
