左归双降方治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察左归双降方治疗 2型糖尿病合并高血压疗效。方法采用随机对照方法 ,将 60例病人随机分为治疗组与对照组 ,观察两组治疗前后各项相关指标的变化及临床总体疗效。结果临床总体疗效、临床症状积分、空腹和餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血压等方面 ,治疗组均优于对照组。结论左归双降方能显著改善临床症状及血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血压等的异常 ,是治疗 2型糖尿病合并高血压的有效方剂之一。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Zuoguishuangjiang Formula (ZGSJF) on hypertension complicated from type 2 diabetes. Methods 60 patients with this disease were randomly divided into ZGSJF group and controlling one. Then, the changes of associated indexes and total effective rates were compared between the two groups following the treatment. Results The total effective rate of treating group with ZGSJF was significantly higher than that in controlling one, with significantly improved scores of symptoms, the level of blood sugar, HbAlc and hematopiesis. Conclusion ZGSJF is effective for the treatment of hypertension complicated from type 2 diabetes through the significant improvement in clinical symptoms, the level of blood sugar,HbAlc and hematopiesis.
