摘　　要：在国债发行过程中,由于衡量标准不一致,对国债规模的判断出现了相互矛盾的现象。运用灰色关联度的方法,对影响国债规模的主要因素进行实证分析,从影响国债规模主要指标判断,认为我国国债发行规模仍有一定的空间。In the issuance of government bonds, contradictions have occurred in the judgments on its size due to the inconsistency of the measurements. Therefore, the paper, by adopting the method of GRA (Gray Relational Analysis), has made an empirical analysis on the major factors that affect the size of government bonds, and found out the crucial influencing index, deeming that there is still much space for the government bonds issuing size.
